Adding the App — Required
- Login to Zoom: Sign in at Zoom.
- Go to Zoom App Marketplace: Search for Tripleblue (Zoom App Marketplace).
- Install the App: Click Install and follow the steps to authorize the app.
- Configure Integration: In app.triple.blue, use the "Template" called "Digital HOA meeting" to start using the App.

Usage — Required
Scheduling Meetings
Use case: Schedule HOA meetings through Tripleblue.
Prerequisite: Zoom account linked to Tripleblue.
Automatic note taking
Use case: Based on the audio and your uploaded agenda, you will get meeting minutes for your HOA.
Prerequisite: Agenda data uploaded.
Removing the App — Required
- Login to Zoom: Go to your Zoom account.
- Navigate to Marketplace: Click Manage > Added Apps.
- Remove Tripleblue: Select Tripleblue and click Remove.
Implications:
Zoom meetings will no longer be scheduled or recorded with Tripleblue.
Processing after the call is done
The Tripleblue bot will join the Zoom call to record the audio. After the call gets closed, it can take up to 2 days before the user receives an email that the meeting minutes are ready for review. Until then, the task stays in status "In Progress".
